Premium Conditioner is a fully formulated, pre-thickened base suitable for all hair types. The conditioning agents in this rich and creamy base provide an excellent feel and leave hair feeling nourished and looking shiny. It is ready to use and only requires the addition of essential oils or fragrance. Key ingredients include Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerine, Behentrimonium Chloride, Distearolethyl Dominium Chloride and Panthenol.
